How to make a return or exchange
If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we are gladly offer return within 10 days of receiving your package.
- To request a return you must notify us via email@example.com or contact us form your order number and as soon as we receive your message we will confirm the receipt by email.
- Please ensure returned bags are unused and in good condition and package unworn along with your retail receipt or invoice.
- It is the buyer’s responsibility to cover return shipping cost.
- In case of return, the amount will be refunded within 5 business days from the receipt of the product.
- If you would like to exchange an item and replace it with another, please contact us by phone at +30 22210 23012 or e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If you received a damaged or defective item, please email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the bag and we will take care of you!

How to Cancel your Order
The cancellation of the order can only be done if the item has not been shipped yet. If you wish to cancel your order contact us immediately via the contact us form or send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order hasn’t been shipped we will cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
Refunds are made immediately when returning items are received and checked (within 5 business days). Refunds are only made on your original credit card, PayPal account or bank account used to pay the order. Processing time varies depending on the bank and type of credit card. If the purchase is made by cash, the amount of the refund will be deposited into a bank account specified by the customer.
It is our purpose that each item reaches you in perfect condition and we hope you are always thrilled with your purchase. In case you receive an item in a faulty or impaired state, or if it doesn’t reasonable match the depiction on our WebSite , please contact NAIOLI at email@example.com or all of your inquires. In case that our company is responsible for any faulty or impaired item you received, where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or a return for a full refund of the defective item.
