For the delivery of your purchases we collaborate with recognized courier companies. Deliveries throughout Greece are made by ACS Courier and DHL for countries abroad.

Estimated time of delivery is indicative:

Europe: (3 – 5 business days)

Rest of the world: (5 – 7 business days)

Greece: Free shipping and return

Europe: it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost of the returned products.

Rest of the world: Returns are accepted only by DHL courier and it is the buyer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost of the returned products.

As regards the product to be shipped, we will inform you via email for the estimated production time of your order. Usually we requires 3-5 working days for manufacturing.

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can check on the status of your order any time by using the Courier Company’s Website and entering your tracking number.

NAIOLI bags is not responsible for delays on deliveries caused by whether conditions, international customs issues or other circumstance beyond its control.

We will deliver your order to the address you provide us for delivery at the time you finalize your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provided us with is correct and precise and that someone is going to be at the delivery point in order to sign for and receive your order.

International Deliveries: Please note that some more remote locations may take slightly longer time to be delivered, than mentioned above. Parcels may need to be signed for in person so please ensure there will be someone at the delivery address to accept delivery. If you are not present when your parcel is delivered, the courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time. Please note that the customer will be responsible for all duties and taxes incurred in the country of destination.

If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete the delivery for whatever reason, then you will be responsible for the repeat delivery costs.

Sales, taxes and duties

Orders shipped outside European Union (EU) will be subject to custom taxes and duties. This cost is the responsibility of the customer and is payable on receipt of delivery of goods. Please check carefully your local custom tax and duty costs.
