Born in Greece, Irini Barola I’m the designer of the brand NAIOLI handcrafted. I grew up in a family environment infused with construction and artistic creations, since my two sisters are also in the artistic field. Everything started a few years ago when I got involved with leather crafting and from then on, all my interest focused on making bags for me and my friends. Today, I have created Naioli team that we work carefully our ideas which later come to life following an entirely handmade procedure. Passionate with leather we are looking meticulously for the highest leather quality from selected producers and fine materials that hold for a long time.

My designs capture the style of a self-confident woman who loves functionality and aesthetic. The perfect unique bag must be versatile, useful and timeless. Inspired by traditional life, I prefer basic, matte and earthy colors, soft leathers and forms that embrace each body type. I want my work to maintain the naturalism and practicality and hold the capacity to cater one’s individual style and personal expression.
